All data, charts, cross-market sector views, summaries, indices, and user notes are for research reference only and do not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial product.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with laws in your jurisdiction.
4. Subscriptions & Trials
Feature scope depends on your plan (Free / Pro / Flagship). Trial and billing terms are as shown on the pricing page.
5. User Content
You are solely responsible for notes and shared links you create. Public share links allow recipients to view that content.
6. Intellectual Property
Platform UI, Taxonomy, index methodology, and documentation are protected. No copying or reverse engineering for competing products without authorization.
7. Data & Delays
Market data is sourced from third parties and may be delayed or incomplete. US data may refresh every several minutes. Sector pools are curated representative samples, not full index constituents.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided “as is.” We are not liable for investment losses or damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or abuse. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, subject to mandatory local law. Final text subject to legal counsel approval.
11. Updates
We may update these Terms (version 2026-07-02). Continued use after material changes constitutes acceptance.
